At Bartlett Roofing, we specialize in residential and commercial storm damage restoration. We help homeowners and property owners replace roofs damaged by recent weather events, working directly with insurance carriers to make the process smooth and stress-free.
We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced roofing professional who’s ready to lead by example in the field. As a Field Service & Flat Roofing Foreman, you’ll take charge of flat roofing projects, perform quality control inspections, and help keep our jobs running safely, cleanly, and on schedule.

Full-Time | $32 - $39/hourly DOE

What You’ll Do:

• Take the lead on installing and repairing flat roofing systems like TPO and roof coatings.
• Jump in on steep-slope roofing projects when needed to ensure every job meets Bartlett’s quality and safety standards.
• Work alongside your crew, guiding team members and keeping each project organized from start to finish.
• Track materials, document progress with photos and notes, and communicate updates directly with the sales team.

• Perform midpoint and final inspections on roofing projects.
• Identify repair needs, develop solutions, and complete the necessary work yourself when required.
• Ensure all materials and labor are properly tracked in the company’s CRM system.
• Keep your company truck and tools organized, clean, and job-ready.

• Partner with customers, schedulers, and field managers to make sure every project runs smoothly.
• Resolve on-site issues quickly and professionally.
• Visit warranty or repair jobs as needed and report back findings to leadership.
• Uphold Bartlett’s standards of safety, integrity, and top-tier customer service every day.

• 5+ years of residential roofing experience (asphalt/shingle required).
• 3+ years experience installing and repairing commercial flat roofs (TPO, EPDM coatings, etc.).
• 5+ years of construction experience (fascia, soffit, siding, or general repair work).
• Clean driving record and ability to lift and climb ladders safely.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
